Looking for a little bit of extra of inspiration for your wedding day decor and centerpieces? We love working with lanterns for our brides. Lanterns are a great option for several reasons.
Variety
There is such a wide array of styles and colors available it makes it easy to enhance the theme of your wedding, whether it be rustic, vintage, or chic.
Flexibility
Lanterns look great with a full centerpiece of roses and hydrangea or with just a few accent greens and everything in between. This flexibility makes them extremely budget friendly.
Sustainability
Many of our brides have used lanterns for engagement parties and showers and then bring them in for us to add flowers for the wedding celebration.
Gifting
Your lantern centerpiece makes a great thank you gift and keepsake for someone who’s been a huge help to you with your wedding, whether it's a bridesmaid, friend, or family member. It’s a nice way to show appreciation to someone who has supported you through the planning process! We can even print tags with a message or the name of who you would like to take them home, making one less thing to worry about on your big day.
One more note - remember to check with your venue about the rules on candles. If they don’t allow open flame candles, electric candles are still a great option!
